Having started in construction at an early age Duncan has depth of knowledge beyond just property management and is now a
licensed builder in his own right. Advancing from construction Duncan moved into property sales at Ray White Paddington
and later a move to Melbourne saw Duncan become one of the founding members of DB Realty Victoria in 2003.
Specialising at that time in distressed assets Duncan made a name for himself by taking on the jobs other agencies wouldn’t or more importantly couldn’t. Duncan founded the property management department of Db Realty which is now the core business for both the DB agencies. His experience in property management, sales, and construction make Duncan the perfect guardian of your portfolio.
